Jennifer’s book The Character-Based Leader (Dog Ear Publishing, 2012) was the starting point for a flourishing writing career that educates workplace professionals on how to lead with character, influence with integrity and win with positive office politics. Jennifer is the featured HR expert for Answers.com. She is also a contributing writer for SmartBlog on Leadership, The Huffington Post and her award-winning blog, The People Equation. Jennifer holds a degree in psychology from Western Michigan University and is a former board member of the West Michigan Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
