InPower Coaching offers packages for every level of leadership development from Individual Contributor to Executive. There are both self-study options and group coaching options that integrate one of the four following Everything DiSC assessments, based on the package selected:





Ideal for the emerging leader or project team leader, this profile provides a perfect starting point for learning about one’s DiSC behavioral style. Coaching clients will learn how their workplace priorities affect the way they interact with others and will learn to appreciate differences in people with differing styles. This 20-page report provides personalized information on the individual’s motivators and stressors, as well as suggestions for how to relate to all four DiSC styles to build rapport, problem solve and manage conflict. The report includes a list of specific areas clients can focus on for improvement.

This profile is best suited for coaching clients who are in supervisory or mid-level management roles. The 26-page report first helps individuals identify their unique DiSC management style. From there, the report provides targeted suggestions for:

  • Working with Your Manager

All feedback is personalized based on the individual’s preferred management style and includes areas for further development.

The Work of Leaders profile is a powerful tool for leaders in mid- to senior-level leadership roles. While the Everything DiSC Management profile focuses on the one-to-one aspects of leadership, the Work of Leaders assessment explores the “one-to-many” elements of creating Vision, Alignment and Execution with an individual’s team. Work of Leaders marries the four-factor DiSC behavioral style model with leadership best practices to create a highly personalized road map for leaders who want to create organizational success.
