SkillSource was formed in 1995 by Lydia Mecham, a former corporate training manager. Since that time, SkillSource has partnered with organizations across North America to deliver researched based, time-tested development resources to corporate and non-profit clients, enabling them to engage employees and improve organizational success. We’re proud of the partnerships we’ve formed over the years. Many of our first clients are still with us after 14 years.
